Introduction
Youth work is complicated, multipurpose and, a stressful profession (Australian Youth Affairs Coalition, 2014). To stimulate the youth on social growth and self-improvement social worker should apply all techniques of social work. The main idea of continuing professional development (CPD) for social work practitioners has been granted great attention in the social work researches, mainly more recently. In some countries, for example, in the United States, the term continuing professional education (CPE) is often used, but it is practically synonymous with CPD. According to this, social workers should improve their skills to fulfill the individual as well as the social desire of children and youth. Supervision helps workers to understand adolescent clients and their surroundings and to predict burnout (Youth Action & Policy Association NSW, 2007).
