Until recently, globalization and the resulting growing competition with a high staff turnover were the main problems of business. However, today companies are facing a new challenge, the so-called Black Swan. The Black Swan is an unpredictable event with a significant economic impact. In 2020, such an event turned out to be the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the restrictions that followed it.
These events affected almost everyone and caused significant changes in both consumer behaviour and business strategies. Since the purpose of a commercial firm is to make a profit, it needs to track changes in the actions of competitors, consumer habits, and preferences.
This work aims to study the changes that have occurred in the business environment of Zara SA caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
According the purpose, the following tasks have been set in the work:
Study the general characteristics of Zara SA;
Conduct an empirical study on the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on clients...
