The question “When does human life begin?” is one of the most challenging dilemmas among researchers and scientists. It raises many conversations about the moral and legal status of fetus and till now there is no consensus regarding the answer to the question.
On one hand, a life can be defined as a distinctive characteristic of a living organism from non-living thing/organism. It has an ability and capacity to grow, metabolize, respond to stimuli, adapt and reproduce. And now again comes the question, whether the life begins at the time of fertilization, before or after that. On the other hand, when we are talking about the beginning of human life, this concept should be taken into consideration as a unit. It means that the human life requires philosophical and anthropological point of view as well as other social sciences. Thus, the “golden middle” should be found.
