Executive Summary
This paper explores the possibilities of internalizing a company that sells online games and other entertainment products. The Latvian market was selected as a potential market, analyzed both from the business environment (SWOT and PESTEL analyzes) perspective and the cultural component. Based on the analysis, the main basic scenarios and strategies for internalization were formulated. The Latvian market is attractive in reducing costs for human resources and logistics, but it is also risky in terms of corruption and piracy.
